Gears and Gear Boxes

Koepfer Zahnrad- und Getriebetechnik GmbH produces high-quality gears and small gearboxes, in particular for the automotive industry and its sub-contractors, and for the manufacturers of transmission systems.

We make our gears in-house, almost exclusively complete from raw material to finished product and using all machining processes, including heat treatment. Besides machining gear profiles to customer specification, we also provide gear and gearbox designs and support customers in the development of complete transmission systems. We also would be pleased to advise on surface treatments such as galvanisation and chromium plating.

Koepfer constantly invests in new manufacturing technologies and automated production machinery.

As an enterprise with an international clientele – primarily in the automotive industry – we manufacture qualitatively demanding gears and transmission components to customer specification.
