Today about 330 employees at KOEPFER Zahnrad- und Getriebetechnik GmbH are working on the manufacture of gears and gear boxes.

High-quality gears and gear boxes are produced primarily for the automotive, the automotive supply industry, as well as for gearbox manufacturers.
 

KOEPFER Zahnrad- und Getriebetechnik GmbH today designs and develops gears and gear boxes made of metal or plastics (spur gears, worm wheels, worms, internal gears) as well as gears with special tooth profiles (sprockets, splines, ratchets, belt drives). The design of complete gear boxes can be made either to customer drawings or designed by us for a customer application.

Equipped with the most modern machinery KOEPFER Zahnrad- und Getriebetechnik GmbH is in a position to offer a technical solution according to our customer requirements. All different processes to manufacture gears (hobbing, rolling, shaping, shaving, grinding, honing) are used.
