The JAV represents the interests of the young people and trainees in the company and thus also have a right to vote in the works council on matters relating to training. A new JAV chairman is elected every 2 years. We congratulate Colin T. on his position as chairman of the youth trainee representation, Frederik H. on his position as deputy chairman of the youth trainee representation and Alexander G. on his position as member of the youth trainee representation.
